To ensure that we deliver a first class service, we adhere to a rigorous selection, screening and training process. Firstly all potential employees undergo an intensive selection process with each candidate completing a detailed and searching application form which has been specially designed by our human resources department. Screening is then carried out through the standards laid out in accordance to I.S. 999: 2004 which establishes the suitability and reliability of each candidate over a ten-year period and beyond. Written references from previous employers are mandatory in this process.
All employees are also fully checked for criminal convictions to ensure they are suitable candidates to operate within the security industry. All screening and training are carried out in accordance to I.S. 999: 2004 Standards and licensed by the Private Security Authority (License no. 00341). We fully comply to these stringent standards.
